1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Wild Uchi ecosystem (including Media, Wellness, and Studio), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Wild Uchi provides professional services across four primary pillars:

• Coaching: Leadership, Business, Strategy, and Health.
• Digital Marketing: Social Media, Storytelling, and UX Journeys.
• UX & Design: App/Web UI, Brand Identity, and Creative Assets.
• IT Development: Web Development, System Integrations, and AI Models.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including design code, visual storytelling elements, and the "Wild Uchi" brand identity, is the property of Wild Uchi and protected by South African and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of our digital infrastructure or creative work is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

When inquiring about or engaging in a project (such as the student accommodation design for CampusRes), clients agree to provide accurate information and respect the strategic process outlined in our workflow.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wild Uchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms or services, beyond the scope of a specific signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
